Entry fees may be paid by check or credit card. Credit card payments must be submitted through the PlayerFirst platform. Credit card payments will not be accepted on AES.
- Upon team registration in AES, club directors will receive their confirmation email from AES and a PlayerFirst email to complete online payment.
- Club Directors will have to create a PlayerFirst login to submit payment electronically.
- Please ensure club director emails in AES are accurate to ensure payment emails are sent to the correct email.

Payment must be received PRIOR to the event for acceptance into the tournament. Clubs will be notified via email if payment has not been received prior to the payment deadline. Please ensure club director email information is accurate under your AES account.
Any team with an unpaid balance two weeks before the tournament date, will be removed and a team from the wait list will be granted entry.
