Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 12 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 13+ must purchase an event pass or daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must be always worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and will require additional purchase if lost or removed. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number to qualify. 
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

3STEP CODE OF CONTACT 

Payment must be received PRIOR to the event for acceptance into the tournament. Clubs will be notified via email if payment has not been received prior to the payment deadline. Please ensure club director email information is accurate under your AES account. 

Any team with an unpaid balance two weeks before the tournament date, will be removed and a team from the wait list will be granted entry. 

Entry fees may be paid by check or with credit card. Credit card payments must be submitted through the PlayerFirst platform. Credit card payments will not be accepted on AES. 

• Upon team registration in AES, club directors will receive their confirmation email from AES and a PlayerFirst email to complete online payment. 
• Club Directors will have to create a PlayerFirst login to submit payment electronically. 
• Please ensure club director emails in AES are accurate to ensure payment emails are sent to the correct email.

• Individuals requesting media exclusion must notify tournament staff in writing before the event.
