Join us in Manheim, PA for the Lancaster Classic College Showcase!

Get ready for an high-impact evening designed to bridge the gap between high school athletes and college volleyball programs! This showcase offers athletes maximum exposure, direct interaction with top college recruiters, and real-time insights into today's recruitment landscape.

Compete at Your Highest Level: Showcase your skills on the court during live play (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) directly in front of active college scouts.

Gain Inside Knowledge: Parents will join veteran recruiting coordinator Kevin Pratte from 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM for an eye-opening deep dive into the current college/club landscape and strategies for getting recruited.

Build Coach Connections: High school and club coaches kicking off the day at 4:15 PM with exclusive access to college staff set the stage for strong athlete

recommendations.

Ask the Experts directly: Wrap up the night from 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM with an open Q&A to answer your specific recruiting, division fit, and exposure questions.

Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

Admission & Spectator Policies

Children ages 12 and under receive free admission.
All spectators ages 12+ must purchase an event pass or daily ticket.
Wristbands/passes must be always worn and visible.
Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and will require additional purchase if lost or removed.
Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband.
Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number to qualify.
Processing fees are non-refundable.
Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice.
