Roster Submission Deadline: 1/15/27 @ 8:00 PM ET

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

Requirements:

• Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
• Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

Payment is due on December 1^st of 2026.

The refund policy will be the following:

•  
  • Teams must withdraw at least 60 days before the event to receive a full refund.
  • Teams that withdraw between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Teams that withdraw less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2026-27 event season.

• Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
• Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

If you are staying, off-site parking at the Sevierville Convention Center is $10 per day

Team check-in will be Saturday morning, starting at 7 am at the side door to the left of the Convention Center lobby. Coaches will just need to sign their roster and will be given wristbands. Teams just need to check in before their pool play.

• By entering the event, participants and spectators consent to photography and video recording. 
• Event media may be used for promotional purposes by TopCourt. 
• Individuals requesting media exclusion must notify tournament staff in writing before the event.

Venue Rules:

Please note that outside food and Drink Are Not Allowed in the Convention Center. We are also asking all coaches and players to please clear all benches of trash and drinks after their matches. This helps with the clean-up at the end of the night.

No outside chairs are allowed. There is ample seating around each court.

Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 12 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 13+ must purchase an event pass or daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must be always worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and will require additional purchase if lost or removed. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number to qualify. 
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
