Join one of the Midwest’s premier boys club volleyball events as BWI brings together top programs from across the country for three days of high-level competition at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Featuring AAU’s three-day tournament format, the event welcomes teams in 12U–18U Elite, Club, and Classic divisions. With 16 divisions, 550 teams, and some of the nation’s most competitive clubs, this tournament delivers the scale, atmosphere, and competition athletes are looking for.

Photography & Media Release

By entering the event, participants and spectators consent to photography and video recording.
Event media may be used for promotional purposes by TopCourt.
Individuals requesting media exclusion must notify tournament staff in writing before the event.

Admission & Spectator Policies

Children ages 12 and under receive free admission.
All spectators ages 12+ must purchase an event pass or daily ticket.
Wristbands/passes must be always worn and visible.
Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and will require additional purchase if lost or removed.
Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband.
Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number to qualify.
Processing fees are non-refundable.
Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
